Below are some frequently asked questions about our Parts Department at Statewide Machinery.

What are the Parts Department hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. If you do not have a chance to call in during those hours, leave a message for the Parts Manager. We will return your call, or place your order, the next business day.
How quickly can parts orders ship?
We carry most common parts for your laundry equipment. Parts in stock ship the same day as you order them. When a specialty part is needed it can be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
What manufacturers’ parts are in stock?
Our inventory of over 15,000 parts spans all major manufacturers, including Speed Queen, Unimac, IPSO, Huebsch, American Dryer, Milnor, Greenwald, Cissell, and Chicago Dryer. All parts not in stock can be shipped direct from the manufacturer to you, at no extra charge!
Does Statewide accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
What if a customer knows what part he/she needs, but does not have the part number?
In most cases our experienced parts staff can give you the part numbers you need. Please have your model, serial number, and part description ready before ordering.
Where is the Statewide Parts Department located?
We are based out of Rochester New York. If you have a chance, please stop by and check out our $250,000 inventory, and meet our knowledgeable and friendly staff.
